It has got a goat’s feet and beard and a lion’s tail. c) Mermaids are half woman and half fish. They’ve got beautiful long hair, but they haven’t got legs. They’ve got a big fish tail with scales. d) The centaur is part horse too, but it’s got a man’s head and top half of the body and the body and legs of a horse. e) A dragon is a beast which has the body of a lizard, so it hasn’t got fur. They’ve got scales like a fish. They have got wings and can breathe fire. f) Loch Ness Monster is a dinosaur with a humped back, long tail and a snake-like head. g) Bigfoot is a strange-looking big hairy creature. It’s two-legged. It’s two to three metres tall with long arms and a short neck. His footprints are about 40cm long. e) The Kraken is a horrifying deep-sea monster a mile and half across. It has giant tentacles. The Kracken is a species of giant squid.
