I like summer very much because we have holidays then. 

Last summer I went to the village and had a good time there with my friends. We went to the forest and picked berries. Also we went to the river and swam and sunbathed. Of course, I helped my grandparents to look after animals as well. 

In August my parents took me to the sea. We stayed in the wonderful hotel which had a very big swimming pool and there were a lot of different attractions. I enjoyed them a lot. I made some friends with some boys and girls, and now we send each other e-mails. 

After we came back, I spent some time at home. I watched TV, played computer games and read books. Sometimes I went for a walk with my friends. 

Last summer holidays were very good.
