My work week runs from Monday to Saturday. Sunday - my day off. I'm trying to sense spend their free time, I plan your day so as not to lose a minute. On this day, I wake up not so early and sometimes sleep up to 9 hours, because sleep is very important for the nervous system. Then I do my morning exercises. If the weather is good, then a quarter of an hour jog in the park. Without sports, I can not imagine my life. After the morning exercises, I bring the room in order and take a shower. At 10 o'clock we have breakfast with the family. During breakfast, I check the morning papers or listen to the radio news. After breakfast, I help my mother with the housework or go shopping.
