Activate work in groups. look at the list of waste products in exercise 5. decide on the three things which pollute the environment the most. then answer the questions 1 which are the most dangerous to destroy? 2 how can you get rid of them? 3 what can you use instead of these things?

Polystyrene cups, plastic bags, plastic sandwich boxes pollute the environment the most. They are dangerous for an environment because do not deteriorate quick enough. It takes hundreds of years for plastics to deteriorate. Therefore we substitute plastic things with environmentally friendly  ones. Example: plastic strobes for the drinks are forbidden in Western Europe. Instead, they use paper ones, which are 100% recyclable.
