It was a wonderful view of winter nature. The sun's rays cast a cold glare over the entire area. There are traces of animals and birds in the snow. The age-old spruce trees stood with their heavy heads bowed. From tree to tree jumped nimble squirrel. Huge caps of snow were falling from the trees. The forest smelled of tar and pine. Then a plump cloud slowly covered the horizon. Snow began to fall in flakes. We were approaching a village. Dim lights flickered in the Windows. The long winter twilight was fast approaching
