Task 1 A 13-year-old boy complains of a dry paroxysmal cough and dyspnea. He is ill during 1 year. Attack of dyspnea appears at rest, frequency of attacks – 1-2 times per a month. At examination: a boy is pale, a perioral cyanosis is present. At breathing the expiration is prolonged. After the attack of coughing the transparent viscous sputum is exuded. Respiratory rate is 48 per minute. Heart rate is 130 per minute. During the percussion above the lungs a box sound is detected. During the auscultation there are lots of sibilant rales above the all surface of lungs. The Forced Expiratory Volume (FEV) is 65% from a due; the Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) is 60 l\sec.
Tasks:
1. Make a diagnosis.
2. Prescribe the additional methods of inspection and specify the results of these inspections at this disease.
3. Prescribe a treatment.
