You heard this report on the radio. Write an email to your friend to tell him what was said. We've been thinking about improving our local health centre for a long time because it doesn't suit the needs of all the patients in the area. Last year we received over a hundred complaints about the service. So, we're going to make a few changes. Doctors'working hours will be different and there will be a range of different phone numbers to use to contact us more easily. Matt Dawson has designed a leaflet that sets out the changes clearly and we hope it will be very useful.​
