In our time phones have almost everything. I think teenagers shouldnt have mobile phone because, when teenarges play game than they dont do their homework. And its bad for our eyes!

I thing, teenagers should have mobile phones, because now our life may be boring without them. Also teenagers can find some information by them, and speak with somebody and they can to play in games by mobile phone if its boring
