Use the key phrases: I'm writing because ... I think there are possibly (two) reasons fro this. Firstly / secondly...
We must do something about - 1 point
Use so/because - 1 point
Use too, too much, too many, enough, not enough - 1 point
Use possibly, perhaps, maybe, definitely - 1 point
