We often use just, yet, and already with the Present Perfect.
Just means 'o short time before'.
E.g. I've just started a new school band.
Yet means 'at any time up to now'. We use it to focus on
something that we expect to happen soon.
E.g. Have you played your own music yet?
We haven't finished the album yet.
Already means before now. We use it to focus on
something that happened earlier than expected
Eg I have already discussed details about our concert,
