Then he closes three gates and goes to sentry (часовой) who calls: “Halt, who comes there?” – Headwarder replies: “Whose Keys?” - demands sentry. “Queen Elizabeth’s keys”, comes answer. “Advance Queen Elizabeth’s Keys. All’s well”. keys are finally carried to Queen’s House where they are safe for night. After ceremony everyone who approachesgate must give password or turn away.
