В отрицательных и вопросительных предложения - yet, ставится в конце предложения. В утвердительных предложениях - already, ставится после вс глагола.

В вопросительных предложениях - already (больше удивление, чем вопрос), ставится после подлежащего.

1. Have you finished eating the salad yet?

2. Simon has not been to Canada

3. Sally has spoken to her friends.

4. Len has written the dictation.

5. Have you learned the new words?

6. Mark has not developed his speaking skills .

7. Has Bob washed your car ___ ?

8. Greg has given his talk.

9. Have you taken the dog for a walk ?

10. Dad has come back.
