The CrossFit system mixes different types of exercise: aerobics, body weight exercises, weightlifting,
running and even gymnastics

Sessions are usually an hour long and follow a set pattern of activities: a warm-up period, a skill-
development section, the high-intensity work out (called a WOD - Workout Of the Day), and some stretching.
Each exercise is usually done to a set number. Because CrossFit uses so many exercises from different types
