1) Richards took little trouble to do his job properly because he was more focused on his ambition to climb the corporate ladder quickly. I do not approve of his behavior because it shows a lack of professionalism and dedication to his work. It is important to prioritize performing your job to the best of your ability in order to achieve long-term success.

2) In my opinion, both having good knowledge in the field you work and the ability to be equal to the situation are important. However, having good knowledge is the foundation for being able to handle any situation effectively. Without a strong knowledge base, it would be difficult to adapt and handle unexpected challenges. Therefore, I believe that having good knowledge in the field you work is more important.

3) We can say that Richards was a good "psychologist" to some extent because he understood human behavior and used it to his advantage.
