My family and I love sports and to be healty, that's why we try to keep fit. First of all, we think that drinking a lot of coffee is a very bad habit. We don't drink coffee, instead of it every morning we do some physical exercises. When we have some free days, we try to go outside and find the ways to do some sports. I love summer sports such as roller-skating, swimming or playing tennis. My parents love to play with the ball, that's why they play in basketball, voleyball and do other kinds of sports.
As for our taste of meal, we love vegetables and fruits because there are a lot of healthy vitamines in them. And we find a lot of energy during all the seasons of the year.
