Here's a weather forecast for a week. The frost is returning back and it will be better to wear warm coats, and in the end of the week you should take umbrellas. It may be bright in the afternoon and  the temperature will rise to 8-10 degrees.  But in the morning and in the evening the temperature will be 8-10 degrees below zero. There will be strong wind. In the end of the week it will be warmer but rainy.
