Description of coat of arms of Perm Krai:
«The coat of arms of Perm Krai is an image of a silver bear, going to the right was a dark red, or red heraldic Board; on his back gospel in a Golden frame with a picture of kosmicheskogo cross. The gospel is topped by a silver widened, concave at the ends of the cross. The shield is crowned with the crown Prince».
