Yellow defines sadness in Greece's culture and jealousy in the French culture. In the 10th century, criminals were painted yellow in France. Yellow is also represented as greed in Christianity. It is also the happiest colour in the colour spectrum.
The symbol of this color palette is the sun. It is hard to imagine what would have become of our planet, if not the source of soft heat and bright light. This color is able to charge the person with vital energy, as well as the sun fills it all life on Earth. At one time, Goethe himself believed that the human dark colors have a calming influence, and bright on the contrary - contribute to an increase in its activity. In the Christian faith, the yellow color had different meanings, all depended on its hue. If the color was saturated, it ranked as divine power, but if dull, for example: gray-yellow, it meant greed, avarice, deceit, delusion.
