Alexander Mikhailovich Gorchakov, the foreign Minister of Russian empire of an epoch of board of Alexander II, was born on June, 15th, 1798.

Gorchakov's main aim is to change the conditions of the Paris peace. He achieved the liquidation of the conditions of the Paris Peace that were unfavorable for Russia

On March 17, 1871, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, State Chancellor Prince Alexander Mikhailovich Gorchakov was granted the title of Serene Highness.

In 1882, Gorchakov was succeeded as minister by Nikolai Girs. Alexander Mikhailovich died on March 11, 1883, having survived all the graduates of the first set of the Tsarskoselsky lycée.
