Circulatory system
It consists of the heart, arteries, veins, and
blood. Your heart is a muscle. When it
beats, it moves blood in your body.
Arteries carry blood from the heart, and
veins carry blood to the heart.
With blood, it carries vitamins and
minerals to your body organs. To keep
your heart healthy, you need to be active.
Do simple exercises every day, dance or
play basketball. The heart doesn't like fatty
foods, soft drinks, and smoking. Try to eat
less sugar and sweets.
