It is obvious, that sport is very important in our life. There are many advantages. Sport helps people to keep fit and be healthy. Sport brings the self-confidence and self-esteem. Sport makes you stronger and slimmer. Sport improves your mood and attention concentration. When you are physically active, your mind is relaxed. Physical exercises reduce the stress. If you like a team sport, it is the best way to make new friends. Nevertheless, sport can be dangerous. It can be resulted in injuries if you do exercises incorrectly. Keep in mind the possibility of serious injuries during strenuous exercise. So you should carefully choose the sport activity that will suitable for your health.
