1) The teacher told us that we would have to work hard the next day.
2) My girlfriend told me that she would not be able to go for a walk with me beacuse she was very busy that day.
3) She asked me how long I was going to stay in the country.
4) He told me that he liked* to go to the canteen during the break.
5) He asked me when I would go to the canteen. 

liked* - в данном случае допустимо оставить глагол like без изменения в том случае, если он несёт информацию, которая является истинной и по сей момент. Другими словами, если "ему" нравилось тогда и нравится сейчас ходить в столовую во время перерыва, то в косвенной речи мы можем оставить like.
