As for your question, I think all you have to do is just regular exercises. Don't be lazy and try to find at least 20-30 minutes for your health every day. There is a rule of 30 minutes a day: if you do something at least 30 minutes a day you will have a result at the end of the week. For example, if you read 50 pages during this time, at the end of the week you'll have total of about 350 pages. If we say that we don't have enough time for it (as we usually do) we have 0 result at the end of the week. Besides, they say that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. So all you have to do is to take the bull by the horns and try it for just 3 weeks.

Hi, Mark! I hope you're OK. I have heard that you are going to move on to Montreux. I can understand your choice, but have you made sure it's possible for you? I mean do you have all required documents? If it so, I congratulate you. I have been to Montreux once, and it's a great place. Just imagine - clear environment, good people and this nice air of the lake Geneva . But, do you know what's the best?  This is the city, where Queen made the majority of its albums! Moreover, it was Freddie Mercury's favourite place! All the city is imbued with the spirit of the Queen - from everywhere  playing its music, and now I understand why people there are so happy. There's the monument, looking into the distanse, opened in 1996, in five years after his death... But don't cry because he died, smile because he was born!
