Holmes said to the student to come in.

Student told Mr Holmes that he had to help him.

Holmes told that he was sure they could help him and suggested to the student to sit down. He added that dr Watson was his good friend.

Watson said good evening.

Holmes told Dr Watson that their guest was not English.

Student said he wasn't.

Holmes interrupted him and said that he had arrived in England about a month ago.

Student agreed that was right.

Holmes continued that he was living in room in Bloomsbury.

Student agreed it was correct.

Holmes added that he went to a language school in London to learn English.

Student agreed and asked how he had known that.

Watson wanted to know how he had known that.

Holmes explained that it was elementary and asked the student to tell him his story.

Student said that he had lost his gold ring.
