Нужно написать текст на английском, чтобы можно было рассказать. Нужно написать около странички про Конконг и уточнить в тексте, что английский у них как официальный язык.

The current situation of dual writing and trilingualism appeared relatively recently (after the transfer of Hong Kong to the PRC in 1998).
