For answering this question, look around. If you want to speak with person of foreign nation in which language you will speak? Yes if he from CIS countries you will speak in Russian. But in another countries international language is English. If to sum up and if you want be succesfull person which succed in life you should learn English. As a last reasort even if you stay in your homeland, learning English will not be superfluous.
