For me, balanced nutrition really helps keep fit. I also like doing sports at home. It’s really good for our health. Doing some exercises three times a week is perfect, if you want to be slim and healthy. In summer you can swimming or playing volleyball at the beach with friends. Seriously it isn’t so hard if you are doing it systematically and I think it’s so fun. But eating healthy food is important in our life, don’t smoke and drink alcohol. Really, when we eating right we feeling better. So, in my opinion, a little sports exercises few times a week really help you too keep fit and be very slim and perfect)
