I try to follow a healthy lifestyle from a young age to maintain my health: I have a daily routine, exercise in the morning and evening, maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, a few hours before bedtime I try not to eat. My friends and parents support me in this. I believe that it is easier not to start smoking or taking alcohol or drugs at a young age than to quit at a more mature age. Sport is my hobby, I have been playing basketball and football professionally for several years.

If there is a desire, to start following a healthy lifestyle, in my opinion, is very simple. You should read as much information as possible about proper nutrition, types of exercise, time, best for rest or for work, perhaps consult your doctor.
