Gender-based work is a very topical topic that not everyone wants to touch on, some consider this occupation of dividing Labor into gender nonsense and underestimate in a number of daily problems.
Traditionally, our society was patriarchal, where earning money and managing the family was entrusted to the man, and the woman was entrusted with preserving the family hearth. For a long time, women all over the world fought for their rights, fought for their place next to men or above.
At the same time, public opinion began to change, and an alternative male view of women's place in business was formed. Most people believe that a woman politician, businesswoman should have a strong volition and masculine qualities.
Although I'm not a feminist, I want to point out that assigning gender to work is a bit strange. In my opinion, let the language already assign feminitives, such as «dyrectorka, mistkinya, konditerka, ochilnitsya», but do not go too far, to the overlap of speech and some completely new word formations («poetka, dekanesa, generalka») – we may leave the old style of male professionalism. Also I reckon, that humiliating a woman is a very impolite and barbaric thing. Providing work only for certain characteristics, «female vices» is brutal. Therefore, it's stupid to drive yourself and others into the framework of stereotypes, even if gender work is conditional.
Fortunately, now in many countries there are laws on ensuring equal rights and there is only talk about gender work and inequality. But that's just talk
