Usually I don't get ill. But during winter I occasionally can catch a flu. When I have it, I feel tired and depressed. I have fever with running nose and sore throat. I do not go to the doctor as it usually goes away within a week. I take paracetamol and ibuprofen to feel better. I drink a lot of hot tea and watch tv. Also, I try to rest more to get better sooner.
