I like going to the cinema, especially now when we can enjoy watching 3D films on big screens with cool sound and visual effects.
I remember seeing "Avatar" for the first time. What impressed me most of all was the fact that the world in this film looked so real, due to its stunning graphics. At first the plot seemed interesting as well, but later, when I was watching the film on TV, I thought the story told in "Avatar" was too simple. The main character, Jake, is a simple guy with a simple life story. All film characters are either good or bad. It is like watching another film about blue-coloured American Indians fighting with white Americans.
I think, generally the idea of this film was great. James Cameron, the director of "Avatar", meant his film to be a lesson for humankind to stop damaging the environment. And I believe he managed to achieve this goal.
