Я на сколько смогу) Sometimes we see people who are not wearing normal dresses and clothes. Some people think that it is okay , the can wear whatever they want.Some people think that they can't wear clothes like that. Actually it depends on your religion and where you wearing it. For example in Soudi Arabia you can't wear short shorts and tops , you need to look like Soudi girl or women.It is the rule that you can't change, but in America for example you can wear whatever you want and whenever , nobody is looking at you there.
