Fried pies with cabbage Ingredients 400 ml of water 1.5 tablespoons sugar 0.5 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil 550-600 g flour Filling: 500-600 g cabbage 1 carrot 1 onion 1 tablespoons tomato paste salt to taste, pepper How to cook In warm water dissolve sugar, add yeast, add 5 table spoons of flour, stir. Set and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Add salt and remaining flour and oil, replace the dough. Cover it up, put it in a warm place for 1.5 or 2 hours. To fill cabbage with, add grated carrots, finely cut onions, tomato paste, salt, pepper and mix everything. Roast cabbage until ready, don’t cover it up. Take 1/3 part of the dough, roll, cut the circles out with a cup (0.5 cm thick) In a center of the circles put your filling and fold it like a pie. Fry it on a both sides with vegetable oil until golden brown. And you’re ready to serve it:)
