Dear,director of the shop "название"
Yesterday,I bought in your shop an electric kettle.It was cost 35$ for me.When I came home,I saw that it was any instructions in the box.Then,I plugged in the kettle and went to change clothes,I heard a strange smell that spread very quickly.When I came to the kitchen I was surprised!Your kettle was sparkling!It is terrible!I require that you give me the full amount for my purchase!
