Last weekend we 1) (go) to Edinburgh by train from London. We 2)(stay) at a hotel. It 3)(be) cold and windy when we 4)(arrive) in Scotland, but the hotel 5)(be) warm and comfortable. On Sunday morning we 6)(get up) at 8 o’clock and 7)(have) a good breakfast. We 8)(walk) around the city and 9)(look) at the lovely shops. We 10)(visit) the Edinburgh castle in the afternoon and 11)(enjoy) sitting in the gardens. We 12)(not/go out) in the evening, we 13)(stay) in the hotel and 14)(talk) to some people from America.
