As for me, I believe that it is very important to know what is good for your health. Firstly, the problem of overweight and illnesses caused unhealthy food is widespread. Now if people don't pay attention to their lifestyle, it can lead to health problems of all future generations. Secondly, there is a lot of wrong information which can confuse people.
However, somebody has an opposing opinion. They consider that there is no a universal diet that suits everybody. From this point of view, all people should choose what to eat according to their own feelings and habits.
I disagree with this opinion. It has known for a long time what minerals and vitamins are necessary for body. Lack of them can lead to the problems with health and appearance. Besides, people often do not know what some kinds of food contain. Nowadays, there are lots foods, including different substances that harmfully influence a body.
In conclusion, I would like to say that you need pay attention to what you eat. Obviously, government have to help us and provide us the necessary information, however, your health is only your responsibility.
