He filled out a declaration and gave it to a Customs Official. The Customs official approached Mr. Semenov and asked him to open his suitcase. After 15 minutes, all the formalities were completed. Mr. Semenov took his suitcase and joined his friends. The car was already waiting for them. They got into the car and went home.
