1. Recipe of your favorite Ukrainian dish (Borscht):

Dear [Friend's Name],

I hope this letter finds you well. Today, I would like to share with you the recipe for my favorite Ukrainian dish, Borscht. Here are the ingredients and cooking process:

Ingredients:

- 500 grams of beef (or vegetarian option)

- 1 large onion, finely chopped

- 3 medium-sized beets, peeled and grated
