Russian soul… Who can understand it? It is just a mystery for foreigners and sometimes for Russian people as well.

To begin with, we are hospitable. This character trait is one of the main features of Russian national character. We always do our best to welcome guests. We give them the tastiest food and the most comfortable sleeping place.

We are open and sociable. We enjoy long talks in the kitchen and wherever we are.

We can be spontaneous and risky. What Russian doesn’t like fast ride? Everybody does.

We are eternal optimists. We always believe in the better future. We have been promised it so many times and we still believe in it. Russian people are patient. Severe climate taught us to be patient and predict events. “The God was patient and he told us to be patient too”

Hard-working, talented and inventive we are, because life in Russia has never been easy for people. People, who can love and forgive.

Certainly, everyone keeps their individuality, but these are the main traits of a national character that unite us. I wish Russian people preserved it.
