Что можно написать на тему healthy lifestyle? нужно

There are not so many people in our life who lead the healthy lifestyle.I think that it's very bad,because if you will just  eat fast food and watch TV for example you will be so fat and it will so bad for your health.Probably it's very difficult,but u should try to do it.I'm trying to do healthy lifestyle.I try to eat just healthy food.Sometimes i do sport,because it helps to keep fit.
