I know it is important to be fit and healthy, so I nearly always eat healthy food (fruit and vegetables, fish, etc.) and I avoid eating fast food.

I play tennis twice a week and walk a lot. If I feel stressed, I always go for a walk. It only takes me five minutes to start feeling better. Besides I never use lifts. So I can say that I do a lot of exercise and I enjoy it. It makes me happy to feel tired after exercising. Sport really helps me to be healthy and improves my mood and brainpower.
