Can you describe a shrimp scampi in your own words

A shrimp scampi is type of snack, which is easy to cook. We simply sauté(обжариваем) the shrimp with garlic in butter and olive oil, and then toss it with fresh parsley(петрушка), lemon juice and black pepper.
