2002 is a jubilee of the kazakh diplomacy. about 10 years ago kazakhstan entered into diplomatic relations of the world. kazakh-american relations evolved steadily. the solid legal basis for mutual operation was created. a particular attention is paid to training kazakhstan's specialists. last year over 400 kazakhstan citizens were trained according to the educational program of the us state department. for the first time kazakh and american universities introduced into practice memorandums on cooperation with disbursement of grants of the state department.

2002 год явился юбилеем казахской дипломатии. Около десяти лет назад Казахстан вступил в дипломатические отношения с миром. Казахско-американские отношения постоянно развиваются. Была создана абсолютно легальная основа для взаимной работы. Особое внимание уделяется обучению казахских специалистов. В году около 400 подданных Казахстана было обучено в соответствии с образовательной программой Госдепа США. Впервые казахские и американские университеты ввели практику меморандумов о сотрудничестве с выплатой грантов Госдепом.
