bed, put your mobile phone away. It is a good idea to prepare your room where
you sleep. Open the window for five minutes to let fresh air in. It helps you
sleep better.
You are what you eat. Food is your energy. You must have a healthy and
balanced diet. It is recommended to have five food groups per day. They are
fiuit, vegetables, protein, grains and dairy products. Doctors say it is good to
eat 4-5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day. They are a good source of
vitamins and minerals. Drink enough water, from 1 to 2 litres a day.
