• Something that happened in the past and has a result that effects the present.
Everyday diet and exercise have helped her to lose her weight.
• Actions that have just finished
I have just written my project.
• Experience and achievements
She has been to many countries.

Common time expressions used with the Present Perfect Simple: already, just, ever, never, since, for, recently, so far, once, twice, three times, until now, yet.​
