 To take - simple (простой инфинитив)  2 to be hesitating - continious form  of the infinitive ( длительная форма инфинитива)   3  to have gained -  perfect form (перфектная форма инфинитива )  4 to be served -пассивная форма простого инфинитива  5 to have offended - перфектная форма в активном залоге  6  to be listening длительная форма  7to have returned  -перфектная форма  8 to have been mislaid -перфектная ф. в пассивном залоге  9 to have been enquiring - длительная форма в пассивном залоге 10  to know - простой инфинитив в активной ф. 11 to be-  простой инфинитив в активной ф. 12 to have been waiting- перфектно-длительный инф. в активной ф. 13  to have been unpacked -перфектный инфинитив в пассиве  14 to be-  простой инфинитив в активной ф. (где форму не писала, там везде active form - активная форма инфинитива
