To be healthy in spring days you should ran in the park or stadium often. In another words you should be more sporty and active. Spring- is the sunny period and go for a walk is useful for your health very much. Also I think hardening of the body is healthy. Especially in spring. But be careful! Is dangerous to swim in cold water at first time!
