Present continues;
1. He is doing his homework right now
2. He isn’t doing his homework now
3. Is he doing his homework now?
Past continues:
1. I was doing my homework when my mum called me
2. I wasn’t doing my homework when my father called me
3. Was you doing homework when my mum called you?

Present simple:

She likes to talk to her friends.

Does she like to talk to her friends?

She doesn't like to talk to her friends.

Present continuous:

They are working hard now.

Are they working hard now?

They are not working hard now.

Past continuous:

You were having lunch from 12:30 till 1 pm yesterday.

Were you having lunch from 12:30 till 1 pm yesterday?

You weren't having lunch from 12:30 till 1 pm yesterday.
