Keto infinite accel after the first week i was ready to quit. my entire body was so sore and my energy level throughout the day was shot. i was ready to go to bed as soon as i got home from work. i pushed on and after the end of the third week i was feeling a lot better. i still had some muscle soreness but my energy level had bounced back to normal if not higher than what it was before. the fourth week of every phase is a recovery week. don't be fooled-it's not. core synergistics may be one of the hardest workouts in the whole plan but that's just my opinion.
