1) Medical techniques have really stepped forward over the last 50 years. Scientists are looking for new methods of curing dangerous diseases, medical treatment has become better, everything has become computerized (Медицинские технологии шагнули вперед за последние 50 лет. Ученые ищут новые методы лечения опасных болезней, медицинское лечение стало лучше, все стало компьютеризировано).
2) Hospitals have changed greatly: new equipment, modern buildings etc. It seems like you are not at a hospital, but at a rest house (Больницы сильно изменились: новое оборудование, современные здания и т.д. Кажется, что находишься не в больнице, а в доме отдыха).
3) Our food has changed a lot. But it is not even the food that has changed, but our eating habits. We tend to eat fast nowadays, that’s why we eat a lot of junk food which is not healthy at all (Наша еда сильно изменилась. Ho скорее даже не еда, а наши привычки. Мы стараемся быстро есть, поэтому едим вредную пищу, которая совсем не полезна).
